Black & White Bridging reaches 1,000 new home milestone

Black & White Bridging has calculated that it has supported the creation of 1,000 new homes across the UK.

Through its residential, commercial, refurbishment, and auction bridging loans, as well as development finance, the lender is helping the collective effort to reduce the housing shortage.

Formerly, Bath & West Finance and founded in 2011, the lender has assisted property developers and SMEs in delivering quality housing by funding the construction, refurbishment, or repurposing of commercial, vacant, and distressed properties.

Black & White Bridging’s funding extends across the UK and Wales, with the highest concentration of loans in London, Merseyside, Cheshire, West Yorkshire, and Cornwall.
