Black & White Bridging adds three to sales and relationship team

Black & White Bridging has made three appointments across sales and relationship management as it looks to support further growth in the specialist property finance market.

The lender has appointed Matt Yates as relationship director, alongside Sam Warren and Danyal Hussein as relationship managers.

The additions come as Black & White Bridging continues to expand its team and infrastructure in response to growing demand from brokers and borrowers for specialist finance solutions.

Yates joins with more than a decade of business-to-business sales experience in financial services. His previous roles include positions at NatWest, Platform and OSB Group, where he worked as a specialist finance account manager developing intermediary relationships across the mortgage and property finance markets.

Warren previously worked as a property finance consultant at FinSpace. Before that, he was a specialist mortgage adviser at When The Bank Says No, supporting clients with more complex lending needs and specialist property finance requirements.

Hussein takes on his first full-time role in the sector after gaining experience in his family’s brokerage business. Black & White Bridging said he already has an understanding of broker relationships and client needs.

The lender said the hires form part of its wider growth strategy and reflect its focus on expanding support for brokers in a market where speed and clarity of decision-making remain important.

Damien Druce (pictured, second from left), chief operating officer at Black & White Bridging, says: “Demand for specialist property finance continues to grow as borrowers and brokers look for certainty and speed in an increasingly complex lending environment.

“Strengthening our team with experienced professionals, while continuing to invest in developing young talent, ensures we are well positioned to support the market, maintain our five-star service levels and deliver clear, reliable funding solutions as our lending activity continues to grow across the UK.”
